Control panel

I have an idea about gmc...
it's much like ie in windows :( but
I think it's good.
If you for instance type control-panel in gmc it
will show shortcuts to: gtop, gnome-ppp, control-center, gip
and other stuff that has to do with administration.
And a shortcut to gmc control-panel could
automatatly be added as a shortcut on the desktop when
you install gnome-core.

It will be much easier for linux-newbies because
then they will have a clue where to start if they
for instance want to connect to the internet.
The idea is simply to have all these programs in one place.
