I don't feel like checking, but...

Button1 moves for same panel, copies for different panel.
Holding Ctrl down would move, Alt would copy.

I am probably getting it wrong but I've been up a while.

For Vertigo we should try to free up button2 for applets and make button1
dragging move them (allowing copy for applets would be cool too).

Anyway it is kinda late for changing this stuff...
