Sorry, but I think I didn't explain myself very well. I was meaning
that when I try to drag some file from gmc to a hided panel, this panel
won't show up. Another example is dragging an URL from Netscape to a
hided
panel, the panel won't show up.

Sorry if this is done in 1.1.3, I'm running gnome-core 1.1.2 at the
moment.
