Re: remove gnome-cd (and cddb-slave) from gnome-media

For what it's worth,
(1) grip doesn't work reliably on my laptop -- it doesn't wait for
the CD to spin up, so it often just moves from track to track
    without playing anything

(2) I have no idea how to eject a cd with xmms

Actually since pause doesn't work with gtcd either (it starts again from
the beginning of the CD) but does work with xmms, it's not clear to me
that either is perfect right now. But I don't want to make xmms the
default for a cd player unless if automatically starts playing the CD
when I put a CD in the little slot.
