Oh, nevermind. I was not in threaded mode. The original code seems to
say the "bug" in old metacity was a smaller titlebar font on utility
windows. That's not a bug, some themes just have a smaller titlebar font
on utility windows. The font size is specified relative to the system
font size still, though. If you want to make a theme with the same size
font for all windows you certainly can do that. So, this is not a bug
and you don't need a conditional. It's up to the theme.
