From gtk+-libs to gnome-libs

Hi,

I made a little gtk+ program, and now I wanna make it integrated on Gnome
Desktop (my version 2.6.2). I have read Gnome-HIG 1,0 but there are broken
links (vfolder and desktop file).

1) Where can I find this infos (vfolder and desktop file), or alternative
papers?
2) A program in GTK+ could be considered integrated in Gnome Desktop or
it's necessary use gnome-libs too?
3) Exist a good project-example of integration in Gnome Desktop not very
complex?
