Your Mailman is more broken than Evolution :) Evo always sends in
charset which can display all characters in a message.

Yes, the same ONE problem.

When I select font in gnomecc, system font does not change -- it is always
helvetica 12pt.
Until I remove gtkrc.iso8859-13 file... Will file a bug report if I haven't
yet.

I know this problem with Russian. Lithuanians quite often want to
communicate in Lithuanian and Russian, and they never suceed (even on
WIndows). Actually UNIX people use iso8859-13 only, and windows people only
windows-1257. Only Windows people have problems with iso-8859-13 which is
not supported by Microsoft.
