pybliographer translations

Hi,

Some of the entries in the pybliographic.desktop file changed (Name,
Comment). So, wrong translations were removed. Please update translations
in it. Main gnome cvs was updated today morning. Anoncvs might have delay
I suppose. Check pybliographer branch v_1_0_x!
Next release will be out very soon.
