Some question about Uyghur tranlations

Hi,

I am member of the Uyghur team.

I have some problems when translating GNOME to Uyghur.

1. Open the link  http://l10n.gnome.org/languages/ug/gnome-2-30/ui/ 

   some package have "Entry for this language is not present in LINGUAS file." mark

2. I finished some translation, but i see it have not accepted.

    for example I finish yelp 100% about 15 days ago, but its always show 25%. my translation is not accepted.
