just wondering...

maybe i'm just missing it, but there seems to be no way to configure which
menus appear in the program menu e.g. i don't have KDE but cannot get rid
of the submenu... i was wondering is there any way to change this menu or
if this feature was going to be added to gnome... also, this is a small
note, but in the menu panel, the "Desktop" menu is not tear-off-able like
the rest of the menus, and does not change to large icons... i was just
wondering why this was, and if it was going to be fixed(i'm obsessive
compulsive ;)... thank you
