[gnome-love] Move some of the discussions to GNOME Love

Hi!

Regarding the discussion about where people that don't know the
structure of gnome mailing lists can post discussion starters.

Wouldn't it be great to use the GNOME Love project for this, not only
for new developers but also for people who have ideas but don't know
where to post them. That way people on GNOME Love can help those persons
by pointing them and moving the discussions to the approriate lists to
get the developers attention. 

Currently d-d-l seems to get a lot of these mails which isn't really
feasable in the long run. 

Fernando, how do you feel about using GNOME Love for this aswell? I
think it could also help getting new developers on GNOME Love to get
ideas for how to contribute.
