There is a known problem for video between GnomeMeeting and Netmeeting.
That problem has been discussed on the OpenH323 mailing list. Either
Netmeeting doesn't fully respect the H.323 protocol, either OpenH323.
My suggestion, as you have problems with the H.261 codec, is to wait for
CU30 or H.263 codecs.
Roger will work in february on the H.263 inclusion into OpenH323 and
GnomeMeeting. Can you confirm that Roger ?
