Cool, Owen said the same, that's two votes. ;-) I think I'll probably
add GTK_SCROLL_STEP_RIGHT, GTK_SCROLL_STEP_LEFT, etc. which are sent
by the arrow keys, then GTK_SCROLL_STEP_FORWARD, etc. would be sent
by visual-direction-independent accelerators.
