problem with GDK_Shift_R

Hi,
With GTK+ 2.2.4.1 under Windows, there's a problem
with GDK_Shift_R key when pressed.
It is understood as GDK_Shift_L.
(GDK_Shift_R == GDK_Shift_L == 0xFFE1)
Is it a known bug, corrected in gtk+ 2.4 ?
