This is really an issue.
The current style is useful if you want to see the date of a given file.
But it is useless if you are seeing the date of all files. This should
be a hidden option or even not be an option, being suggested style the
standard. The option could be "Show absolute dates instead of relative".
I vote for the adoption of the absolute dates mentiond by Olaf or some
standard one that display numbers instead of words. Dates like
"Tomorrow" or "Friday" displayed in a list are fancy but are a complete
disaster in productive environments.
