[RFC] Binding of gnome_popup_menu_attach

Aloha,

GTK+ 2.4 will introduce a new function, gtk_menu_attach.  It will of
course be bound as Gtk2::Menu::attach.  Unfortunately, that's also
what's currently used for gnome_popup_menu_attach.

Since gnome_popup_menu_attach is a rather esoteric, little-used (I
think), and deprecated function and gtk_menu_attach is probably going to
be the exact opposite, I hereby propose that gnome_popup_menu_attach is
bound as Gtk2::Menu::attach_to in future versions of Gnome2.

This would, of course, break existing applications using that function. 
So if you anyone has an alternative suggestion or can provide good
reasons not to make this decision, please speak up now.
