So you registered a domain name with the gnome word. You also  reuse the
GNOME foot trademarked image. Did you applied for the use of the logo
on http://www.gnomepro.com/ ? 
Considering your public remark about socialism, and treating germany as a
country with ridiculous law, I'm not sure association between the GNOME name,
the logo and your statement are appropriate, they could be mislead as
an official statement from the project.
I think public retraction and apologies about the forementionned
statement are in order,
