Every time I run the /trunk/MAINTAINERS and Mango sync script I have to
fix 5-10 modules. I am not doing that anymore. It doesn't work.

Further, Key-value is similar to XML. It is not that difficult. You just
copy+change an existing DOAP file. Just like e.g. autotools.
