well, i think i was wrong once more: sorry
The _epv structure function declarations do not need such a signature BUT the
POA_*__init function has the folowing signature: (POA_FruitsBasket_Apple,
servant, CORBA_Environment *ev)
but all this is useless i understand because it is all the same ...
