I would imagine it would be really easy to add to Glade. It already
puts together some basic code to make the freshly designed app
compiled. The double click procedure could just make it create a
callback function which you type in, then it adds the handlers into
the code for you.

Might be a little harder to get it working with C++ I would imagine.
