I'm currently implementing a XML-query Language for my honours project.
If I can get it working and I can get the university to allow me to release it
under GPL then you might be able to use that.
The only 2 flaws I can see are
a) Can I get it working
b) Will the university release it under the GPL as all work I do for *MY*
project is the universities intellectual property.
