New GnomeAbout

Hi,

just in case anyone's interested, I've commited the rewrite of GnomeAbout
to gnome-libs HEAD. gnome_about_new is kept for backward compatibility and
the new consructor is
	gnome_about_new_url (title, version, url, copyright, authors,
				author_urls, comments, logo);
url is the URL the user should be taken to if he clicks on either the
title or the logo. author_urls is a char** that's either NULL or exactly
as long as authors.
