Which is why I suggested a [language] tag prepended to the subject, or
an X-Language: header.  It's difficult to filter if there's nothing
concrete to filter on.

Some of the arguments used against spam can be used here...  Among them,
not all countries in the world get free local calls to their ISPs, some
people are downloading mail over a 28.8Kbps modem, and content they don't
want ends up costing them money.

I dare say, they probably don't want this conversation, and I believe
I've made my point...  I won't continue to preach it.  And I apologise if
I came off like a raving loon...  I really don't care as much as it might
look like I do.
