Slight fix to CVS instructions sent in previous msg.

  export CVSROOT=:pserver:anonymous bowman csse monash edu au:/home/cvsroot
  cvs login
  # Password is `anonymous'
  cvs checkout medieval
  cvs checkout tarpaulin

Build & install medieval before trying to build tarpaulin.

(Medieval is a "one-way constraint solver", i.e. allows arbitrary C(++)
 function relationships between variables, but doesn't handle cycles in the
 dependency graph; just like the relationships between variables (cells)
 allowed by spreadsheets.  Medieval supports both lazy and eager
 evaluation, which is where the name's supposed to come from: medium way
 between lazy-only and eager-only evaluation).)
