How about if you s/bug/issue/ - in the ideal world software would not need
users to report bugs, but it's going to happen :( 

It would also allow users to easily report things like feature requests to
the developers in an easy fashion.

If there was a GUI way to report 'issues' where should it be placed? Help
or the About dialog would seem an obvious place to put it, but maybe not
the best.
