Hi, many people not asking these questions does not mean someone won't ask.

It is a healthy for the community to question the copyright
asssignment policy to for-profit entities.  It is a self-check and balance
mechanism and good for the future of GNOME, where the community is always on 
guard.

Miguel, with his capacity as the founder and the leader of the GNOME Project,
and the chairman of HelixCode, needs to find a good balance between the 
interests of the GNOME community and Helixcode.
